I rewire houses and flats during major refurbishment work: chasing out the walls, running new twin and earth circuits, and building a new consumer unit with RCBOs and clear circuit labelling. Most jobs are older properties with rubber or fabric insulated cable that can no longer take a modern kitchen load. Every job finishes with testing and an electrical installation certificate.
