I plan weddings from the first venue visit to the last song: country house hotels, church ceremonies with a civil reception, and small elopements on the Wicklow coast with twelve guests. Half my couples live abroad and plan their Irish wedding over video calls, so I handle tastings, florists and the band on their behalf. On the day I run the timeline, chase the photographer and make sure the speeches start before the food goes cold. I have delivered around 90 weddings for 40 to 160 guests.
